Chekke Nurk Putt
- Jack Fruit Pulp
- Khus Khus
- Grated Coconut
- Seasame Seeds
- Rice flour (Just enough to bind)
- Salt & Sugar for taste
- Mix all the above ingredients to make a thick batter of dropping consistency.
- Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot drop a spoonful of batter into the oil and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Remove and place it on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
During Monsoon when the weather is cold it can be relished as an evening snack.
