entitled “Molecular Markers for the Characterisation of Yeasts with Desired EnologicalProperties” and was guided for this achievement by Dr K A Anu Appaiah, the Senior Principal
Scientist at CSIR-CFTRI.

and Concentrates, all derived from natural fruit sources, devoid of preservatives and additives. In today’;s terminology these products are very aptly termed as Organic. Complete research and
experimentation has been done to ensure that the resulting Fruit Vinegar or Concentrate is healthy, nutritious and pristine.
